What is involved?
As a Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and achieving targets for the hotel. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and maximising revenue potential. Also, you will be responsible for leading a small team, providing guidance, training and support whilst preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
Ideally, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a minimum of 2 year’s experience within a 4/5Star background and from a large volume property. Knowledge of Lanyon/Delphi and OPERA is desired whist having competency on P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
