Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially minded Senior Sales Executive to lead proactive sales growth for our catering division and support the continued success of our restaurant. This role is centred on developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and building a strong pipeline of corporate and private clients across London, with a particular focus on venues, offices, and premium catering opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive proactive sales for the catering division through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic targeting.
Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to maximise repeat business.
Identify and develop partnerships with venues and key decision-makers in the London corporate and private catering markets.
Support restaurant sales by maintaining customer relationships and encouraging repeat bookings.
Maintain a robust and organised CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate sales tracking.
Report regularly to the Operations Manager on pipeline development, sales performance, and market insights.
Candidate Profile:
Energetic, outgoing, and confident – thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in catering, hospitality, or a related field.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of the London hospitality market, including venue and corporate client landscapes.
Strong organisational skills with a disciplined and strategic approach to business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and personable manner.
Additional Information:
Full-time position, reporting to the Operations Manager.
