Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage the Sales team at our Staverton site.

Job Purpose
To lead and be responsible for the sales growth and development of our Staverton business. The role will focus on leading the sales team, identifying and executing sales opportunities to generate organic sales growth for Ontic. This role will focus on sales and orderbook growth of the Staverton site and ensuring that the bookings performance and results are in line with Ontic’s expectations and achieving the business cases of our various product lines. You will be expected to articulate and present the sales performance and sales strategies to internal stakeholders. You will also be required to be able to understand, interpret and utilise previous sales data, to identify new leads and opportunities to sustain and grow the business.
Within the role, you’ll travel on a domestic and international basis to visit customers and partners and participate in Industry Trade Shows from time to time.
