Qualifications
- Senior sales or commercial leader with strategic focus.
- Experience in technical or regulated sectors is required.
- Proven track record in new business growth and client acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Broaden the customer base, focusing on life science private sector.
- Own delivery of sales targets for new and existing customers.
- Oversee and build the commercial team.
- Identify and contract international distributors and resellers.
- Own go-to-market plans and define product positioning.
- Develop marketing plans aligned with commercial goals and partners.
- Lead tender processes and review proposals, including public sector.
- Remain hands-on with sales while visiting the Cheshire office monthly.
