Daon is seeking a UK-focused sales leader to secure new-logo business across fintech, public sector, and telecoms within the EMEA team. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.

The role reports to the VP of UK and Ireland and requires strong solution-selling skills, a track record of quota attainment, and the ability to operate across indirect and direct channels with travel in the UK.

Qualifications

• Significant market and solution-specific sales experience within the identity or authentication space is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business or relevant field is required.
• Formal sales training, including consultative or solution-selling methodologies, is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Hunt for and secure new-logo business, including sourcing, qualifying, progressing and closing opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, develop and manage new partnership opportunities.
• Manage the full direct and indirect sales process, including business development, opportunity qualification, bid/no-bid recommendations and end-to-end pursuit through to close.
• Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with partners, end customers, system integrators and technology partners.
• Work closely with Daon teams and other strategic contributors to develop medium- and long-term partner and direct sales strategies.
• Engage directly with end customers to understand and define requirements, maintaining involvement to support successful implementation.
