Job summary

Marcus Evans is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to sell Perform to senior leaders at large organisations. You will own the sale from first conversation to signed contract, working with our Programme Scientist to craft diagnosis, prescription and quotes.

This onsite role is based in our London office and targets high-value, multi-stakeholder deals. You will generate pipeline, conduct discovery calls, and negotiate terms within our pricing framework, keeping CRM up to date and maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, closing complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience selling leadership development, learning and development, coaching, talent or HR consulting.
• Excellent written and spoken English; credibility to engage with a C-suite executive.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify your own pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, referrals and social selling to senior HR, L&D and business leaders.
• Run structured discovery calls to clarify client performance problems before proposals.
• Collaborate with the Programme Scientist to turn discovery into diagnosis, prescription and quote for client sponsor.
• Position Perform as an expert advisor and manage intake to keep cohorts full and programs selective.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts within our framework; drive to signature.
• Keep opportunities current in HubSpot from contact to deal to forecast accurately.
• Maintain client relationship post-signature to support delivery and renewal opportunities.
