Sales Executive | SaaS | London - one day a week in the office
Up to £40,000 base + bonus and commissions
If you're an SDR, BDR or an early stage Sales Executive already... who's ready to start closing your own deals, this one is worth considering.
Our client is a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company with an established product, a strong customer base and a sales team that's aggressively expanding. It's a business that invests in its people and offers real progression for high achievers.... with fantastic employee retention.
You'll report to the Head of Sales and own new business from first call to signed contract. That means outbound prospecting, mainly by phone, qualifying opportunities, booking and leading product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating deals through to close. Demos are where this team wins and they convert well, so getting in front of the right prospects is the biggest part of the job. It's a high-activity role with plenty of calls every day, and you'll keep the CRM up to date as you go.
You'll have at least one year's experience in software sales (SaaS ESSENTIAL), and you'll be used to managing a busy B2B pipeline. You might be an SDR or BDR now, keen to learn closing and negotiation and step into a 360 sales opportunity. More than anything, you'll be driven, resilient when things get tough, open to feedback, and someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team and helping improve how things are done.
The role is based in central London one day a week, with the rest of the week working from home.
Alongside a competitive base salary and annual bonus, the package includes private healthcare, life assurance, a company pension, enhanced parental leave, an employee assistance programme, a cycle to work scheme, a professional development budget, a generous holiday allowance, and volunteering days.
