The Job

• Provide an excellent customer experience by making clients feel welcomed and cared for from the first meeting
• Assist in presenting and negotiating offers, progressing and managing sales
• Prospect for new properties, arrange viewings, and coordinate additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing
• Generate new business primarily from the office, with opportunities for viewings and valuations

The Package

• Basic Salary: £22,000 (additional guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months)
