About the Role:

We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our client growth efforts across the UK and EU. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying potential influencer and retail partners, gathering market insights, and supporting sales strategy execution. You will assist in aligning outreach efforts with paid media campaigns to help drive qualified opportunities and improve performance across the funnel. This position is ideal for someone who’s naturally curious about market trends, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and qualifying influencers, retailers, and distribution platforms that support client brand goals.
  • Provide feedback to sales and strategy leads based on early-stage outreach, identifying patterns, blockers, and opportunities in the market.
  • Support the execution of prospecting efforts, including research, email outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to help ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and contribute to refining playbooks based on prospect feedback and campaign results.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development role — ideally within influencer marketing, digital media, or SaaS.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, especially performance-driven funnels and paid media basics.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple outreach tracks at once.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience working with influencers, creators, or content-driven brands.
  • Familiarity with UK/EU retail landscape or DTC brand environments.
  • Exposure to TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or social commerce platforms.
