AlphaSense, Inc. is seeking a passionate Senior Sales Development Manager to accelerate pipeline growth in a fast-paced London-based team.

This hybrid role combines coaching, strategy, and hands-on leadership to attract and develop top sales talent while delivering measurable results. You will coach the team to secure high-quality meetings with senior executives, shape scalable development programs, and partner with GTM to refine outreach across email, calls, and social channels.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract Sales Development talent.
