Connells Group in Liphook is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant / Lister to join our estate agency team. You will drive listings, secure sales, and deliver high service standards while facilitating growth in a busy market.

You will maximise opportunities, manage client relationships and contribute to team success. A full UK driving licence is required, with a focus on excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the business strategy is communicated to all employees
• Educating the team in the generation of new business.
