Join our team to manage a diverse range of Property Services roles for Local Government and not-for-profit clients, developing a niche specialism within Asset Management, Compliance and Surveying services.

From supplying into our current PSL clients through to developing and building your own portfolio of customers, you’ll handle it all.

We seek a sales-driven individual who has recruitment experience in these vertical fields, or someone with public sector recruitment experience, who is unafraid to engage in business development while nurturing our warm client base. The right candidate should be comfortable making proactive calls, connecting with smaller clients, showcasing, and selling our offerings.

The Team

This role is within our Public Sector team in central Leeds, reporting to Allan Madden, Senior Business Manager of Property Services across the North, and working alongside Delivery Consultant Cristina Baraganu. Allan has over 10 years of market experience and a proven track record of success, eager to share his expertise to help expand our market presence.

About the role

Location: Leeds, LS1 5AA

Salary: 26k-36k DOE

Working hours: 8.00am-5.00pm, 3 days in-office, 2 WFH

Manage a diverse range of Property Services roles, developing a niche within Asset Management, Compliance, and Surveying services. Handle supply to PSL clients and build your own client portfolio.

Seeking a sales-driven recruiter with experience in these verticals or in the public sector, comfortable with business development and nurturing client relationships. Ability to make proactive calls, connect with smaller clients, and effectively sell our services is essential.

The Team

Based in Leeds, working under Allan Madden and alongside Cristina Baraganu, with a culture of learning and growth.

What you'll be doing

Focus primarily on temporary roles within the Property Services vertical, acting as a market expert for candidates and clients. Your main task will be targeting line managers to maximize business opportunities.

You will:

  • Business Development
    • Build client relationships through credibility and expertise
    • Follow client strategies with regular sales calls and networking
    • Market map to identify opportunities, cross-selling within your team
    • Identify sales leads to expand our presence
  • Candidate Management
    • Build a talent pool through thorough market mapping
    • Manage sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates
    • Coordinate interviews and provide candidate prep
    • Maintain relationships with candidates post-placement

Experience in recruitment within these verticals or in the public sector is advantageous. We look for:
