Job summary

Eley Solutions is seeking a Sales BDM focused on integrated security and fire systems in the South of the UK. You will target major commercial buildings and CNI projects, selling Gallagher Integrated Security, access control, CCTV, and fire alarm solutions.

You should have a proven track record of £600k+ annual sales and a clear path toward £1m+. The role includes commission/OTE, company car or allowance, and a long-term relationship-building approach.

Qualifications

• Experience selling large security projects or fire systems.
• Proven track record of securing multi-site contracts and major deployments.
• Strong network with consultants, contractors, end users or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Sell integrated security and fire projects to commercial and CNI sites in the South of the UK.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end project sales from opportunity to close, aiming for £1m+ pipeline.
