Job Opportunity: Senior Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated retail professional to sell our MHL. womenswear and menswear collection at our MHL. shop in Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional level of customer service, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Maintain standards of presentation and housekeeping.
• Work to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Advise and inform customers about the collection.
• Handle and maintain stock accurately and efficiently, including periodic stock takes.
• Support the development of new team members, lead by example, and reflect the company’s core values and Retail Code of Conduct.
• Assist with digital paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Manage key holding responsibilities, including opening and closing the shop.
• Undertake supervisory duties as required, including managing daily shop floor operations in the absence of senior managers.

Role Requirements

• Previous experience in high-end retail sales.
• Self-motivated with a focus on quality.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Interest in womenswear, menswear, and design.
• Proactive in applying collection knowledge to promote the brand.
• Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Hours

34.5 hours per week, subject to the fixed Kings Cross rota.
