About The Role

RIXO is opening in Westbourne Grove and seeks customer-focused Senior Sales Assistants. As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will maximize sales and profitability by having in-depth product knowledge and understanding each customer's needs. You will serve as a role model, coaching and developing the team to unlock their full potential in sales and customer service. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Responsibilities

1. Key Holder responsibilities for opening and closing the store, ensuring safety and security.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service to exceed expectations and drive sales.
3. Be knowledgeable across all collections, products, and launches; confidently cross-sell.
4. Maintain knowledge of in-store services and identify sales opportunities.
5. Process transactions smoothly, including refunds.
6. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, fostering loyalty.
7. Stay current on fashion trends via social media and share insights with customers.
8. Build and maintain a loyal client base through relationships.
9. Maximize one-to-one sales and coach colleagues.
10. Understand store performance against targets.
11. Coach team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
12. Foster a positive team environment and motivate staff.
13. Support in onboarding new starters.
14. Stay updated on stock ranges and features.
15. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
16. Keep the store and stockrooms clean and organized.
