Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Safeguarding Practitioner to support adults at risk across acute and community services.

The role focuses on providing expert safeguarding advice, supervision and training, and line-managing safeguarding staff within the Trust. You will strengthen multi-agency collaboration and ensure robust safeguarding practices and records.

Qualifications

Experience in safeguarding practice
Ability to provide supervision and training
Line-manage safeguarding staff
Experience with multi-agency working and safeguarding meetings

Responsibilities

Plan and provide supervision, training and advice on safeguarding adults
Lead and work with acute and community services to safeguard adults
Develop partnerships with statutory and voluntary organisations
Ensure robust communication and record-keeping for safeguarding activities
Attend multi-agency safeguarding meetings and provide case feedback
