Job summary

Belmont Recruitment in the UK is recruiting a Senior Safe Accommodation Worker for Basingstoke. The role leads day-to-day operations across refuge and dispersed safe accommodation, supporting adults and children affected by domestic abuse to feel safe, secure and supported.

This full-time, permanent position is 37 hours per week with a salary of £30,000–£31,000. You will oversee service delivery, recruit and supervise staff, and work with police, social services and health partners while taking

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic abuse or safe accommodation settings, with supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work across multi-agency partnerships (police, social services, health, education).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
• Female applicants only under the Equality Act 2010.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality accommodation and support services for survivors and children.
• Recruit, supervise and develop a team delivering frontline support.
• Build and maintain multi-agency relationships with key partners.
• Engage with local organisations to raise awareness of domestic abuse.
• Participate in an on-call rota providing out-of-hours cover.
