Job summary

Autus HR Ltd is working with a Fintech SaaS provider seeking an experienced SaaS Account Executive to uncover new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise organisations in the UK. The role is highly autonomous, targeting senior operations, project managers, IT and finance directors.

The position offers hybrid Office/Home working, potential remote UK/overseas, with a basic salary of £55,000–£65,000 and an OTE of £95,000–£130,000; uncapped earnings and strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in SaaS sales.
• Experience of complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-stage sales methodologies.
• Proven track record in New Business sales (£15k ARR–£50k ARR).
• Experience selling Fintech SaaS is highly desirable.
• Hybrid working or work-from-home is preferable; South Yorkshire office possible.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new logo opportunities across the UK and overseas.
• Land and expand within a portfolio of existing accounts.
• Engage with senior operations, project managers, IT and finance directors.
• Leverage marketing, lead generation and partner networks to build the funnel.
