Keyrock, a leading digital asset market maker, seeks a Senior Rust Engineer with deep trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join our Capital Markets division. You will own high-impact trading infrastructure, set technical direction, and drive continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and operability in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance concurrent systems.
• Hands-on experience in systematic trading environments (HFT/Market Making/Quantitative Trading).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including latency-sensitive workloads and production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency trading systems.
• Own trading stack components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve performance and resilience.
• Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure focusing on performance, stability, observability, and operability.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and market data handling.
• Drive engineering standards through leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Embrace AI-assisted workflows and automation in tooling and processes.
