Rustify is seeking a Senior Rust Software Engineer to join our London-based trading systems team. You will work hybrid from our London offices, focusing on high-performance, latency-sensitive components that power DeFi trading infrastructure and Ethereum-related workflows.

You will optimize the core engine, contribute to network stack improvements, and design features that improve transaction throughput and system reliability in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Completed a STEM degree from a top university.
• Production experience with Rust in latency-sensitive environments is preferred.
• Understanding of Ethereum/EVM and blockchain fundamentals is a plus.
