Job summary

Keyrock is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer to own high-impact trading infrastructure in a fast-paced Capital Markets unit. You will design and operate low-latency systems, collaborate with quants and traders, and shape technical direction in a globally distributed, mostly remote environment.

Strong Rust, Tokio, and AWS experience are essential, along with a background in systematic trading and modern trading protocols.

Qualifications

Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance systems.
Experience in systematic trading environments (HFT, Market Making, QuantTrading).
Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including latency-sensitive workloads.
Proficiency in Python or scripting for tooling and automation.
Familiarity with FIX, REST, WebSocket and market data feeds.
Knowledge of low-latency networking and kernel bypass concepts.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimise low-latency trading systems.
Own key trading stack components end-to-end from architecture to production.
Collaborate with quants and traders to improve performance and resilience.
Maintain trading infrastructure focusing on performance, stability, and observability.
Troubleshoot production issues in connectivity, execution, and data handling.
Lead engineering standards, code reviews, and mentoring.
