Qualifications

• MRICS qualified (RICS Registered Valuer preferred but not essential).
• Proven experience in property management.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee farms and land under FBTs, grasskeep and contract farming agreements.
• Prepare marketing reports and particulars, manage advertising, conduct viewings.
• Assist with and carry out RICS Red Book valuations.
