Job summary

Beach Baker Property Recruitment is seeking a Senior Rural Chartered Surveyor for a Northamptonshire office. You will deliver a wide range of rural surveying services and lead client relationships.

The role requires MRICS qualification (ideally Registered Valuer) and a strong understanding of land, agriculture, and property matters. Flexible hours and hybrid working are available within a progressive, supportive team.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is required; ideally with Registered Valuer status.
• Strong knowledge of land, agriculture, and property matters.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of rural surveying services.
• Advise landowners on strategies to maximise land value and option agreements.
• Undertake valuations of rural, residential, and commercial property.
• Assist with property sales and lettings.
• Manage compensation claims, grants, subsidies, and joint ventures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business planning and contribute to financial performance.
• Manage workload to meet targets.
