Hunter Dunning Limited seeks a Rural Surveyor to join their Hexham office in Northumberland. You will work on a varied portfolio across the North East, delivering rural property services and consultancy.

MRICS would be advantageous, with graduate opportunities for career development in a supportive firm. The role offers flexible and hybrid working with 2 days WFH, APC support if required, and a competitive package with pension and annual leave.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or on track for qualification.
• Registered Valuer strongly desired.
• Experience in rural consultancy and client-facing roles is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients on planning, wayleaves, access, rights of way, and diversification.
• Assist with estate and rural property management.
• Support rural consultancy work including valuations and professional services.
• Provide advice to clients including strategic planning.
