Job summary

Websters Rural in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join its Rural Land Management team. You will deliver estate management and consultancy services across rural property portfolios, working with clients to optimise assets and farming businesses.

The role requires MRICS on the Rural pathway, 6 months to 2 years post-qualification, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive, client-focused approach. You will mentor junior colleagues and help identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • MRICS qualified on the Rural pathway.
  • 6 months to 2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • RICS Registered Valuer status (or working towards).
  • CAAV membership or qualification (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver estate management and consultancy services.
  • Support clients as their estate management agent.
  • Conduct estate and farming business reviews.
  • Undertake valuations across rural property portfolios.

Senior Surveyor - Rural Land Management

Our client, a leading real estate consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their Rural Land Management team in Cambridge. Position Overview

You will deliver high-quality estate management and consultancy services, supporting clients across rural land management, valuations and farming business reviews.
