Job summary

NHS Greater Manchester is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to design and deliver automation solutions that improve efficiency, quality and control across the organisation. You will manage solutions through the full development lifecycle and engage with technical and operational stakeholders while ensuring secure, auditable automations with measurable benefits.

The role combines hands-on development with solution design, production support, stakeholder engagement and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering automation using RPA technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing automation across full development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of governance, information governance, GDPR and cyber security in health sector.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and produce auditable, secure automations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automation solutions using Power Platform and RPA.
• Identify opportunities for automation by analyzing processes, rules, volumes and risks.
• Lead full development lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring and support.
• Integrate automations with finance systems, databases, Excel, web apps and APIs.
• Ensure safety, control, logging, alerts, access controls and audit trails for automations.
• Test, deploy, monitor live automations and support users through UAT and production release.
