Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust seeks a Digital Services professional to design, develop and support robotic process automation and intelligent automation solutions, aimed at cutting manual administrative work across the trust.

You will work with clinical, operational and corporate teams to identify automation opportunities, deploy across environments, and maintain services while ensuring governance and security policies are met and training is provided to colleagues.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent or significant experience at degree level.
• Comprehensive IT training or education and evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Experience in an RPA or intelligent automation role with automation platforms.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and test automation and intelligent automation solutions.
• Identify business requirements and automation opportunities with stakeholders.
• Manage deployments through development, test and production environments.
• Maintain and monitor automation services and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure information governance and cybersecurity compliance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training.
