Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist for a rotational post across paediatrics, orthopaedics, elderly care, neurology and respiratory. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, based at Wansbeck General Hospital in Ashington, with the seven-day rota and evening respiratory on-call duties.

Competenze

• BSC Honours degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
• Post-graduate rotations as a Band 5 would be beneficial

Mansioni

• Assess, diagnose and treat an independent clinical caseload within the orthopaedics, elderly care, neurology and respiratory rotations.
• Work as part of the physiotherapy team under the guidance of senior staff.
• Provide a high standard of physiotherapy care in each rotation.
• Contribute to student education.
• Support day-to-day leadership and organisation of the team.
• Demonstrate compassionate and inclusive leadership to foster teamwork.
