Job Description: Band 6 Rotational Physiotherapist

You will participate in the Band 6 rotational physiotherapy scheme across the Newham Hospital site. This role involves working in various ward settings and departments, including:

• Stroke
• Accident and Emergency
• Acute Assessment Unit
• Medical Wards
• Amputee/Surgical
• Intensive Treatment Unit (ITU)
• Health Care of the Elderly
• Elective Orthopaedics
• Musculoskeletal (MSK)

You will provide high-quality physiotherapy interventions to a diverse patient population. Responsibilities include:

1. Advanced assessment and treatment within ward environments
2. Provision of individual and group education and treatment
3. Rehabilitation support
4. Facilitating patient flow throughout the hospital
5. Advocating for patients and their families as needed
