Job Opportunity: Room Leader in Henley-on-Thames

We are recruiting for a Room Leader in the pre-school room at a quality-driven early years setting in Henley-on-Thames.

Position Details:

• Permanent, full-time role (40 hours), Monday to Friday

What the role offers:

• Salary up to £28K - £30K (negotiable based on experience)
• £2500 joining bonus (subject to successful completion of 6-month probation)

Requirements for the Room Leader role:

• Strong understanding of EYFS, FBV, and Safeguarding
• Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent or higher
• Experience managing a small team of nursery nurses; senior nursery nurses seeking to advance are encouraged to apply

• Deputising when necessary
