Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager for Roofing Services to cover the North up to Scotland. You will drive field sales of specialist roofing contractor services, asset management, and preventative maintenance to multinational clients across industrial, commercial, public sectors and utilities.

Projects range £30k–£1m+, with strong emphasis on new business growth and strategic account development.

Qualifications

• Field sales proven track record in roofing.
• Ideally sold roofing contractor services or related products with services/ installations.
• Ability to target building surveyors, facilities managers and external consultants.
• New business oriented with high energy and proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of liquid applied roofing, flat roofing systems or metal cladding is advantageous.
• Autonomous, able to absorb technical information and read drawings is useful.

Responsibilities

• Field sales position selling specialist roofing contractor services within the roof refurbishment market.
• Provide roof asset management services and preventative maintenance to multinational clients.
• Focus on large scale projects including metal cladding or flat roofing systems into blue chip companies.
• Target building surveyors and facilities managers, as well as external consultants.
• Manage projects from £30,000 up to £1m+.
• Aim for approx. £1m revenue in the first full year.
