Job summary

Humanoid is building the next generation of AI-powered humanoid robotics, and we are hiring our first Senior/Lead Executive Recruiter to own end-to-end leadership hiring across robotics, manufacturing, and operations.

You will partner with senior leaders, map markets, design innovative sourcing strategies, and lead offers and negotiations, leveraging ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to move fast while preserving candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior / Lead Recruiter or Executive Search Consultant.
• Strong background in executive search with closing senior and leadership roles.
• Track record of closing complex, business-critical roles in competitive markets.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and robotics ecosystems, incl. leadership roles.
• Influence and partner with senior stakeholders; direct sourcing and market mapping.
• Experience using modern recruitment tools, ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive and senior-level hiring across robotics, manufacturing, and operations.
• Own and deliver on highly complex, hard-to-fill roles with market mapping and headhunting.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements and strategies.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging AI tools and networks.
• Use executive search methods (retained-style, research-driven) and data-driven hiring.
• Build and maintain a network of senior talent across robotics and manufacturing.
• Act as lead closer: manage offers, stakeholder alignment, and negotiations.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarks to inform decisions.
