Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an Operations and Asset Manager (Roads) in Midlothian to lead road construction, maintenance and asset management for a sizeable team. You will drive long-term strategy, manage approximately 45 staff and oversee budgets, resources, plant and materials.

The role focuses on delivering efficient highway services, shaping road asset strategy and working with senior stakeholders to influence future investment in the network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sizeable operational team in roads/highways infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of budget, procurement and contract management.
• Experience with road asset management strategies and plans.

Responsibilities
