WSP Global Inc. is seeking enthusiastic engineers to join the Exeter Roads team, from Assistant to Principal level.

You will lead day-to-day technical delivery of highway consultancy services across feasibility to construction, and will engage with clients to shape schemes and manage expectations. Ideally you have experience across road geometry, drainage and highways projects, with strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of design codes.

Qualifications

• Highway design and/or drainage experience across project lifecycle.
• Experience leading design disciplines in road/public transport projects.
• Proficiency with Civils 3D/OpenRoads/InfoDrainage/PDS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Chartered or working towards chartered status.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver highway design projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare fee proposals and manage project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and QA standards.
• Coordinate resource and assign roles within project teams.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
