Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in highway design and drainage across project life cycles.
Ability to lead one or multiple design disciplines in complex schemes (road, public transport, active travel).
Proficient in design outputs using software such as Civil 3D, OpenRoads, InfoDrainage, and PDS.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day technical delivery of highway consultancy services across feasibility, concept design, planning, and construction.
Manage projects and coordinate multi-disciplinary input for varied scales and values.
Develop client relationships, manage expectations, and advise on solutions.
Provide technical lead and reviewer support within projects.
