Job summary

Admiral Money in the UK seeks a Lead Credit Risk Analyst to drive robust risk pricing strategies and portfolio insights. You will lead analytical workstreams, own PD, fraud and death risk models, ensure governance, and mentor the team to deliver strong results.

This hybrid role requires in-person collaboration at Cardiff office at least once a month, with the opportunity to influence risk strategy across the function and the broader business.

Qualifications

• Data science skills with predictive models.
• Python for analytics.
• Advanced SQL for large data sets.
• Experience with PD, fraud, credit risk models.
• Experience communicating analysis to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate risk models (PD, fraud, death).
• Analyse portfolio performance and identify deviations.
• Set standards for data quality and documentation.
• Guide model enhancements and pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate across Risk, Finance and senior leadership.
