Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst for a well-established consumer business. You will support insight-led risk strategies across customer portfolios, delivering regular reports, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Hybrid role with one day per week in the office. You will work with senior colleagues, build dashboards, and help shape lending strategy through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial analytics experience and insight generation.
• Ability to turn analysis into actionable recommendations and business outcomes.
• Experience identifying trends and influencing decision making through data.
• Strong SQL skills are essential.
• Experience in financial services is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Producing regular reporting and ad hoc analysis across new and existing customers.
• Identifying trends, opportunities, and risks within customer and portfolio performance.
• Delivering deep-dive analysis and translating findings into clear recommendations.
• Supporting senior analysts with strategy development and performance monitoring.
• Building dashboards, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Using data to drive business decisions and influence change.
• Developing expertise across credit risk, lending performance, and customer behaviour
