Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is seeking a Head of Risk Oversight to lead the Group Risk Management second line, aligning risk strategy with delivery, governance and management information across LMEC and LME. You will drive consistency of risk oversight, resilience and change risk with senior stakeholders and regulators.

The role requires extensive leadership in risk governance, enterprise-wide oversight and the ability to translate CRO priorities into actionable delivery

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with UK-recognised qualification.
• Experience in risk oversight, governance and second line of defence.
• Familiarity with financial markets and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group Risk Management second line delivery and governance.
• Translate the CRO strategy into clear plans, milestones and accountabilities.
• Oversee risk reporting, MI and risk intelligence for senior management and boards.
