HKEX Technology (Shenzhen) Limited in London invites a strategic Head of Risk Oversight to lead the Group Risk Management team, reporting to the CRO and providing second-line governance across LME and LME Clear. The role focuses on enterprise risk oversight, non-financial risk, operational resilience, technology risk and change management.

You will drive delivery plans, governance rigor and credible challenge for senior management, the Board and regulators in a pivotal risk leadership position.

Formación

• Educated to degree level.
• Experience in risk oversight and second line of defence.
• Experience leading risk management teams.
• Experience in financial markets is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Group Risk Management team to deliver the CROs risk management strategy and improve second-line oversight.
• Own and continually improve risk reporting, MI and risk insights for senior management and regulators.
• Govern risk standards, appetite, policies and escalation processes across LME and LME Clear.
• Provide guidance and robust second-line challenge to first-line risk ownership and cross-entity dependencies.
