• Lead Group Risk Management day-to-day delivery and strategic execution.
• Maintain risk standards, appetite and governance across LME and LMEC.
• Oversee risk reporting, MI development and senior management insight.
• Ensure timely escalation and credible challenge to senior stakeholders and Board.
