Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Director to lead Technology Risk & Operational Resilience across DSM, FX and Risk Intelligence Engineering. You will own the first-line risk and control environment, embedding robust controls and data-led assurance across platforms.

You will drive governance, remediation of material risk issues and regulatory engagement with senior stakeholders, shaping enterprise risk management and resilience outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in technology risk within regulated financial services.
• Ownership of control frameworks aligned to recognised standards (NIST, ISO, COBIT).
• Experience engaging with regulators and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own first-line technology risk and control environment across DSM, FX and RI.
• Drive operational resilience frameworks and ensure resilience in architecture and change processes.
• Provide independent first-line challenge to engineering, architecture, and product teams.
• Own responses to audits and regulatory reviews with evidence and remediation tracking.
• Oversee technology third-party risk and cloud risk with clear accountability boundaries.
• Define KRIs, KPIs and KCIs and ensure data-driven risk reporting across engineering teams.
