Job summary

Amentum is recruiting a PMO Senior Risk Manager to join the Project Controls team supporting Sizewell C. You will enhance risk management practices, governance and reporting across multiple delivery programmes, deputising for the Head of Delivery Risk as needed.

You will lead risk professionals, drive QRAs, EAC updates, and risk dashboards, with a focus on safe, high-quality, on-time delivery and continuous improvement in a complex energy project environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in risk management across large-scale programmes and projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams and deputising for senior managers.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Advanced facilitation skills and experience leading complex risk workshops.
• Strong technical expertise in Cost QRA, Schedule QRA, and Enterprise Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the Head of Delivery Risk across project-wide risk management activities.
• Develop, implement and maintain integrated risk management processes, procedures, tools and assurance frameworks.
• Lead risk management support for multiple project functions and cross-programme initiatives.
• Coordinate key risk activities including ERRs, EAC updates and QRAs.
• Deliver and assure complex Cost, Schedule and Integrated QRAs.
• Facilitate risk identification, assessment and mitigation workshops with stakeholders at all levels.
• Produce and review risk dashboards, performance reports and management insights to support decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement and a Digital by Default approach in Project Controls.
• Promote best practice risk management across the organisation and represent Sizewell C.
