Zusammenfassung

Assystem is seeking a Senior Risk Lead to deputise for the Head of Delivery Risk within the PMO and to provide risk management support across multiple functions. The role will drive Integrated Project Controls, oversee risk workshops, and lead cross-project risk initiatives, with a focus on delivering robust risk insights and improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Strong leadership and team management with delegation abilities.
• Excellent engagement across diverse teams in delivery life cycle.
• Well-developed facilitation skills for complex workshops at all levels.
• Deliver large/complex QRAs (Cost, Schedule, Integrated) and related risk analytics.
• Ability to integrate risk/controls with finance and other business processes.
• Deep risk management experience across client/contractor/government sectors.
• Broad sector experience including major projects and governance.

Aufgaben

• Support/ deputise for the Head of Delivery Risk within PMO and provide risk support to multiple functions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Integrated Project Controls (Risk) processes and tools.
• Attend key project meetings as required to represent risk interests.
• Lead risk management services for smaller cross-project functions.
• Coordinate risk activities: EAC updates, ERR prep, Integrated-QRA development.
• Support monthly risk dashboards, forecast-to-complete, variance analysis and improvement insights.
• Promote exemplar risk management through knowledge sharing and sector presentations.
