Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Risk Manager to join a consortium providing Level 3 design and substantiation services for Sizewell C. You will implement and improve risk processes, run quantitative analyses, and deliver insights to support project performance and decisions.

The role involves both internal and client-facing interactions. Reporting to the consortium Project Controls Manager and line managed by the Amentum consortium lead, you will help strengthen risk reporting, facilitate workshops, and

Qualifications

• Experience leading risk management in large, complex projects or programmes.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Proven ability to perform quantitative risk analyses (cost and schedule).

Responsibilities

• Support Integrated Project Controls (Risk) processes across the programme.
• Facilitate risk workshops and coordinate with project and corporate stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Quantitative Risk Analyses (cost and schedule QRAs).
• Support EAC updates and Enterprise Risk Reporting (ERR).
• Produce risk dashboards and performance insights for decision-makers.
• Deputise for Senior Risk Manager at key programme meetings when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of risk management practices.
