Job summary

Cooper Moss Rutland LLP is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk management within our Project Controls team in a hybrid London-centric role. You will support development and delivery of risk capabilities for clients and internal programs.

You will facilitate workshops, maintain risk registers, and produce monthly risk analysis, collaborating with project management and commercial teams to improve delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Full right to work in the UK.
• Experience in major construction projects.
• Understanding of risk methodologies and mitigation techniques.
• Ability to facilitate risk workshops and maintain risk registers.
• Technically minded with ability to articulate concepts to a wide audience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project management and commercial teams on risk management.
• Facilitate risk workshops and capture exposure.
• Manage and maintain risk registers with clear causes, events, impacts.
• Support monthly risk reporting with analysis.
• Establish stakeholder relationships to foster risk culture.
