Our Client in the UK energy sector is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk across major infrastructure programmes. You will shape risk strategy, mentor teams and engage senior stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading risk management on major infrastructure or energy projects.
• Advanced expertise in cost, schedule and integrated QRA.
• Strong understanding of project controls and programme delivery.
• Proven leadership including mentoring teams and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent facilitation and communication for complex risk workshops.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience across client, contractor, consultancy or government environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management activities across major programmes.
• Deputise for Head of Delivery Risk when required.
• Develop and enhance risk processes, tools and governance frameworks.
• Deliver Cost, Schedule and Integrated QRA.
• Facilitate risk identification, assessment and mitigation workshops.
• Coordinate Executive Risk Reviews and Estimate at Completion updates.
• Produce risk dashboards, reports and management insights for stakeholders.
• Support project teams with effective mitigation planning and risk controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital innovation within Project Controls.
• Promote risk management best practice across the organisation.
