Job summary

NatWest Boxed Limited is seeking a Senior Operational Readiness Associate (Financial Crime) to own and embed robust financial crime processes across new product launches. You will be the operational SME, translating regulatory requirements into scalable, testable controls that protect customers and the business.

• Extensive experience in Financial Crime operational processes and controls.
• Proven ability to identify operational risks and mitigate them proactively.
• Brings a bridge between product vision and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Crime operational readiness across all propositions for NatWest Boxed.
• Embed compliant processes and controls to ensure launches are ready to scale.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Domain Leads to define roadmaps and feasibility.
• Work with frontline Anti-Financial Crime teams to streamline processes and reduce friction.
• Translate product propositions into operational requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with delivery squads to ensure controls are tested and launch-ready.
