Pertemps Thames Water is seeking a Risk and Controls Manager (NHH) in a hybrid role based in Swindon. The position focuses on governance, risk, compliance and resilience across the Non-Household market, with strong emphasis on controls, reporting and risk management.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure regulatory obligations are met, and maintain key risk registers and RACM/ RoPA artifacts. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of governance, risk, compliance and resilience across Non-Household market.
• Ensure effective controls, manage risks, and meet regulatory obligations.
• Develop and maintain delivery governance and reporting to committees.
• Own Retail Risk Register and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead reviews of local risk registers and implement actions.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews and control assessments to completion.
• Embed control operating requirements and oversee information governance.
