We have an opportunity within the Global RFP Team for a senior/experienced RFP Writer to join our Real Estate asset class team. This role supports the production of DDQs, RFPs, and RFIs for large-scale wholesale & institutional opportunities. It's a great chance to gain exposure to our core Real Estate products and develop your writing and interpersonal skills while working with a talented and supportive team.

We seek an individual with excellent written and oral communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, inquisitive approach to RFP work, with motivation to learn about Real Estate at M&G.

The Senior RFP Writer will collaborate across teams, contribute to strategy, and support our award-winning and expanding Real Estate department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for M&G funds across Wholesale and Institutional sectors.
2. Coordinate with investment specialists, directors, content writers, compliance, performance, and risk departments to ensure tailored and optimal responses.
3. Participate in projects involving the content database (RocketDocs) and other initiatives to enhance the team's profile.
4. Work collaboratively, uphold processes and controls, and support improvements to reduce operational risks and enhance customer outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Asset Management RFP roles; Real Estate experience or eagerness to learn the asset class.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Creative writing skills, good grammar, and clear, concise communication.
• Stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Knowledge of Q&A databases (preferably RocketDocs).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to tailor content for diverse audiences and manage competing priorities.
• Initiative to improve RFP processes and content.
• Ideally IMC qualified or working toward relevant qualifications.
