Job summary

Sequans Communications is seeking a Principal-level RFIC design engineer to join our dynamic RFIC team developing next-generation 5G transceiver products. You will specify, design and verify key circuits across multi-band RF front-ends and mentor engineers across the group.

You will collaborate closely with Software, Signal Processing, Product Integration, Sales & Marketing to deliver robust, power-efficient solutions for broadband wireless systems.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline; MSc or PhD preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in IC development.
• RFIC project contributions on highly integrated transceivers (WiFi/LTE) preferred.
• Experience with low power/low noise analog/RF design techniques.

Responsibilities

• Specify, design and verify key circuits and sub-systems of integrated RF transceivers.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide broad technical guidance within the team.
• Collaborate with Software, Signal Processing, Product Integration, Sales & Marketing to streamline design and production.
